It's great to be back the SciPy conference

It’s great to be back the SciPy conference and having had the chance to present Jupyter Scatter – a Jupyter widget for rendering & linking interactive scatter plots with millions of points.

Check out https://github.com/flekschas/jupyter-scatter-tutorial for the tutorial & slides. In the tutorials we’re showing example on how to use Jupyter Scatter to explore single-cell, image, text, geospatial, and genomic embedding data.

Huge shout out to the absolutely amazing Trevor Manz for migrating jscatter to anywidget, helping out with the tutorial, and setting up the cool genomics use case with the HiGlass genome browser.
